Who We Are

Formerly known as Walters Optometric Center, we take pride in serving the eye care needs of Palmerton and its surrounding areas--and we've done so for more than 30 years! We are committed to providing you with the best quality eye care. We will listen to your needs and provide solutions from the most current evidence-based medical and optical care.

Our Doctors

Drs. Michael Balliet and Tinaya Neeb are our husband and wife team of optometrists. Graduating from Lehighton High School in 2000, a healthy dose of luck, work and dedication led them to graduating from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University in 2009. They enjoy their roles as generalists in optometric care. They strive to provide excellent care by empowering patients through chair-side education to help patients achieve their visual goals. They have two growing children that have no interest in optometry, and two French bulldogs who share that sentiment.
